The RBL is an electric belt loader specifically designed for the regional and narrow body aircrafts with maximum 2.7-meter doorsill height (A320 series and B737). Thanks to its compact size, it is the perfect choice for congested areas and low-cost operations on dedicated aircraft stands. Its unique 3-wheel design, tiller head and rear steering system offers high maneuverability and ensures a very safe aircraft approach. The unit can be equipped with ASD (Aircraft Safe Docking) to further secure docking of the aircraft. The upright “slide in” driving position allows for intuitive hand control, so that the operator can easily manage the drive speed and boom position. The eco-friendly RBL comes with a 48V lead-acid battery, heavy-duty components and AC motors which guarantee high reliability and low maintenance costs. Its simple architecture provides accessibility to all components while allowing for more operational productivity compared to a towable belt loader. To ensure safe operations, its 6-meter boom is available in different configurations of handrails and bumpers.
